We had breakfast here on 2025-10-05. Good place, good food, reasonable price, just one of the servers was not really awake yet. Molletes with aguacate were really good. Coffee on the weak side for me but would come again.
Fabulous atmosphere and great food. Sit upstairs in the terrace. Everything we ordered was delicious. Great service too. Kudos to the chef.
Very happy that I found this Café in a very quit side street. It’s nice to sit outside. The food was very good. Staff was very caring & welcoming. They have a lunch menu available with a soup, main and drink. You have to check it out!
Beautiful spot, great service and good chilaquiles drenched in mole.
Love the setup of this cafe. It's like a tree house for spot. Very nice, natural, and hospitable. I ordered the salmon bagel which came with yellow watermelon (tastes like cotton candy). And then I also ordered the lemongrass tea which came with real lemongrass herb in the mug. It was really refreshing. This is one of those spots you go to for more natural, lowly processed foods and a good ambient. It also wasn't super busy and a block or so away from the center park so it felt really peaceful.
Don't get me wrong, the food here was definitely tasty. But the prices I feel, didn't quite equally represent the quantity of food I was getting. If your looking for good atmosphere with your food, this is for you. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat that won't break the bank, you might consider other places. Would definitely recommend this place for a first date.
In looking for a good brunch spot Fortunata Cafe showed up in my Google search with relatively positive reviews. This is a very cute cafe with a nice outdoor seating area upstairs full of plants. While the outside seating area is a bit cramped it is a little oasis in the city. We found service to be very good - the cafe was not busy & we found wait times to be very reasonable. Staff were attentive & made good recommendations. Food was very good & came out hot. 2 mineral waters, coffee, fruit & 2 meals came to 455 MEX - very reasonable.
What a great find! We loved this place for breakfast. I ordered the Huevos Santa Maria with salsa verde and it blew me away! So flavorful and filling.
